  1. What Builder addons are included with the Ultra, and Shoppe theme?

    The Ultra theme, Shoppe, Standard and Developer Club memberships come with 12 bonus Builder addons: Audio, Countdown, Progress Bar, Counter, Contact, WooCommerce, Timeline, Image Pro, Typewriter, Maps Pro, Slider Pro, and the Pricing Table.

  2. What's the difference between a Developer or Standard package?

    The Developer package includes the theme design mockup Photoshop (PSD) file. Note that Photoshop is not required for theme installation. They are for mockup customization.

  3. Can I still use the themes/plugins once my Club Membership expired?

    Yes, you still can keep and use the themes & plugins that you already downloaded during your membership. However, you will no longer have access to file downloads, updates, or support.

  4. How many sites can I use the theme/plugin? Can I use it for multiple sites?

    All Themify products are under the GNU General Public License. What this means is that once purchased you can use it on an unlimited number of sites. Just note that only users with an active Themify membership will be able to access support and updates.

  5. Does the Standard/Developer Club include the Builder plugin version?

    If you are using a Themify theme, you don't need to get the Builder plugin version because the Builder is included in the Themify framework. Standard & Developer Club memberships do not include the Builder plugin. Master Club includes all themes, Photoshop files, and plugins.

  6. I just joined, can I refund or upgrade?

    Yes, you may exchange the themes within 30 days of the purchase. To exchange the themes: simply send us a mail (include your user ID and theme change).

  7. Does the membership auto renew?

    No, the payment only processes once and it doesn't auto charge or renew. To renew the membership, you have to re-purchase another year.

  8. I don't have Paypal...

    You do not need a Paypal account to check out (all major credit cards are accepted). If your credit card does not work, please contact us. We do have other payment options.

  9. What currency are your prices listed in?
